What are your policies on returns, exchanges, and shipping for preloved clothing?
Returns:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we do accept returns on preloved items under the following conditions.
- Items must be returned in the original condition they were sent in, including any tags that were attached.
- You must contact us first to request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. A return address will be provided once your request is approved.
- Returns are at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive the item and confirm it's condition, a refund will be issued.
Shipping:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of the purchase.
- We only offer UK Shipping at this time
- All items are shipped using one of the following services: Royal Mail, Yodel, Inpost Lockers, Evri and DPD.
- Delivery Time: Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping Costs are calculated at the checkout based on the size & weight of your order.
- Some smaller items, such as jewellery and accessories, may be sent via Royal Mail's untracked large letter service. This is a cost effective option for lightweight items that fit within Royal Mail's large letter dimensions. Please note this service does not include tracking. If you prefer a tracking option, please get in touch before purchasing or choose an upgraded shipping service at the checkout.
You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. We take care to pack each order securely and thoughtfully to protect your purchase in transit.
Exchanges:
We're unable to offer exchanges on preloved items, as each piece being a one off. However, if you've purchased a new with tags jewellery or accessory item and there's an issue, we may be able to help- provided we have another of the same item in stock. Please get in touch first to chat about the issue so we can find the best solution.
What are your shipping options and how long will it take to receive my order?
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the option you choose, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
How can I be sure of the condition of preloved items before I buy them?
We meticulously inspect and describe each item's condition. You'll find detailed descriptions and, where appropriate, photos highlighting any minor flaws, ensuring you know exactly what you're buying.
How do describe the condition of preloved items?
We have a grading system! Items are carefully inspected and graded based on their condition.Each listing provides a transparent assessment, so you know exactly what to expect.
"New with Tags" - Brand new, unused item with tags or in the original packaging.
"New without Tags" - A brand new, unused item without tags or original packaging.
"Very Good" - Lightly used item, may have slight imperfections but still looks great. Any flaws are mentioned in the description.
"Good" - Used item that may show imperfections and signs of wear. Any flaws are mentioned in the description.
"Satisfactory" - Frequently used item with imperfections and clear signs of wear. Any flaws are mentioned in the description.
